What do peoplet think about the plans announced last week to build a space hotel by 2012?

As this is a rocketry forum, I'm particularly curious to learn what people think about the proposed transport. It looks like a single-stage orbital space plane. Is it remotely feasible that a private company would be able to develop this by 2012? And what launchers are they going to use to assemble the station?

from the drawings it looks like the space plane is on a single stage disposable rocket booster. i'm not sure why it looks like it has jet engines mounted on it. as far as the station goes it looks like it might be an Inflatable Habitat modules design. Defiantly a 0G station. I don't think they can build the launch facility on a tropical island in 4 years much less develop a new class of rocket and space plane and have a space station hotel operational.
