It is time to stand for space development and international cooperation. The World Space Organization is needed to advance the many similar minded societies and organizations into an historical space agreement and mandate for discovery. Bringing agencies, business and organizations together for a decade long mission to Moon/Mars will start with a World Space Forum. Nationalism and NASA were the twentieth century, and international consortium is the future.
